Surveillance video captures Clinton Twp. bank robbers

Police searching for suspects in Comerica Bank robbery on Garfield

CLINTON TWP., Mich. – A pair of Clinton Township bank robbery suspects were captured on surveillance video as the men robbed the Comerica Bank on Garfield Road around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The suspects entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding all the money in the drawer.

A gun was shown during the robbery.

Both suspects fled the bank on foot - going westbound on 16 Mile Road. Prior to the robbery the suspects were seen in the area of 17 Mile and Garfield.

Possibly a black female or soft spoken black male

Late 20's to early 30's

Wearing a black jacket, black winter hat with flaps covering the ears, blue jeans, silver framed sunglasses

Suspect #2

Black male

25-30 years old

6'0"

Thin build

Wearing a grey, hooded Nike sweatshirt, white baseball cap, dark colored athletic pants and white/dark colored shoes.
