CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Local 4 has learned that a suspect is in custody in connection with a Clinton Township woman's murder.
Jacqueline Neumann, 47, was found dead Saturday evening inside her mobile home on Rosedale Drive.
Police said more information on 38-year-old Joseph Pagan would be released after his arraignment. He was arrested in Detroit with the help of the U.S. Marshal Service.
Police said the two had a domestic relationship but did not elaborate on how Neumann died.
Pagan is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
New Baltimore police say he was arrested in September for a domestic violence case involving Neumann.
