URGENT - Egypt Constitutional Decree

(CNN) -- Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy is willing to "change and amend clauses" in a controversial constitutional decree, Egyptian attorney Montasser el-Zayat said Saturday after attending a meeting with Morsy at the presidential palace.
