REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Two teenage girls were approached by a man in a dark green van at the Redford Oaks Shopping Center according to Redford police.
The incident happened Sunday around 4:30 p.m.

The man gestured to the girls to walk over to his van. The girls walked into a store.
The shopping center is located at Grand River Avenue and Beech Daly Road.
The driver is described as a black man.
The vehicle is a dark green 2004 Ford Econoline van bearing the license plate DAV1745.
Anyone who encounters this vehicle is asked to call the Redford police immediately.
