ROSEVILLE, Mich. - Police say a thief is targeting the bathroom plumbing inside gas stations and restaurants in Roseville.
Plumbing parts were stolen off of the walls and toilets in the men's restroom.
The incidents happened between Dec. 27th and the 29th, twice at businesses on Gratiot Avenue.
Toilet parts were also reported missing at a business on 12 Mile Road.
In one case the suspect removed the piping and valves that lead to the toilets and urinal.
In another incident the entire auto flush valve assembly was taken.
The thief is using hand tools and only takes a few minutes to take the parts.
Police say a vague description of the suspect may have come from one location.
The suspect was described as a man 5 foot 9 inches tall, wearing a light brown work coat with a blue shirt.
The man was seen getting into a red four door vehicle, possibly a foreign make driven by another person.
