Thief steals sentimental $100 bill in Garden City

GARDEN CITY, Mich. – A barefoot thief in Garden City was caught on camera breaking into BeiRock Wraps, and stealing a framed $100 off the wall -- leaving behind a crowbar and plenty of damage.
