DETROIT -

A jury has been seated and the trial has begun for a Dearborn man charged with the murder in the shooting death of a man in a Detroit gas station.

Prosecutors said gas station clerk Ibrahim Saleh shot and killed 24-year-old Michael Haynes of Detroit after the two argued about the price of a package of condoms.

The incident happened in a BP station on Fenkell in 2012.

Saleh allegedly followed Haynes out of the store and fired the deadly shots after an angry Haynes knocked products off shelves in the station.
