Troy man arrested 5th time for drinking and driving charges

Police say man failed sobriety tests, blew .15%

TROY, Mich. – Troy police said a 48-year-old man has been arrested a fifth time on drunken driving charges.

Police said the man was pulled over Tuesday night near Cherry and Hartshorn because he was speeding driving erratically.

He gave police the wrong name at first and failed sobriety tests.

His breath test results were 0.15, police said. He was also driving on a suspended license.

He has four previous convictions for drinking and driving.

He has been charged with operating while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license for Tuesday's incident.
