Troy police arrest suspect in connection with breaking and entering

28-year-old James Lovell faces larceny, illegal financial transaction

Troy police have arrested a 28-year-old man on charges he broke into a home at at home in the 1000 block of Long Lake Road.

James Lovell of Troy has been arraigned on series of charges including larceny in a building, financial transaction device-stealing, and 2 counts of using a financial transaction device illegally.

Lovell was given a $50,000 cash/surety bond. He'll be back in court November 21 for a pre-trial exam.
