DETROIT - Confessions from Tucker Cipriano and Mitchell Young will be read in court in Farmington Hills on Friday.
They talk about smoking K2 Spice and killing Tucker's father, Bob Cipriano, and critically beating his mother Rose and younger brother Salvatore.
Two detectives will read the confessions.
"Obviously, if he's admitting to some crime. As a lawyer it creates a problem for me in the defense," says Mitch Ribitwer, Cipriano's defense attorney.
The medical examiner will also testify the cause of death is multiple blunt force head trauma.
The written report has been obtained by Local 4's Jim Kiertzner, along with the confessions.
"Only two people that are in the house that can say they saw anything, are the two defendants as far as the death of Mr. Cipriano goes," says Michael McCarthy, Young's defense attorney.
The hearing Friday should lead to both Young and Cipriano being bound over to stand trial on first-degree murder and other charges.
"Tucker Cipriano was still under the affects of K2. He was not in charge of his full capacities," adds Ribitwer.
