Verizon Wireless says it's hiring in Michigan

Company says it needs to fill more than 100 positions statewide

DETROIT – Verizon Wireless said it's adding more than 100 positions in retail and business sales, finance, network and customer service/client care in Michigan.

The positions will be based across state, and interested candidates may apply online by visiting the Verizon Wireless website at www.vzwcareers.com.

Verizon said the new positions offer competitive salaries and benefits, including health care coverage that begins on the first day of employment, and participation in the company's 401 (k) program with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to six percent of an employee's salary contribution.
