Warm Friday with temps in the 80's

Tracking Saturday rain

DETROIT – We hope you are enjoying these pleasantly cooler overnights as lows are dipping into the 50s early this Friday morning. Some of suburbs like Ann Arbor and Port Huron will see some 40 degree readings to start the day. Finally Friday afternoon looks gorgeous around all of SE Michigan. We will have warming temps as highs hit 80 degrees with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.

There is a slight change in your Weekend forecast. Saturday will start cloudy with scattered rain and isolated thundershowers in the mid morning and afternoon. With so many events happening around Metro Detroit, make sure you keep the radar with you on the Local4Casters app free from your app store. But, don't cancel any plans as scattered showers will likely hit about 40% of the area and will likely not be too long or strong. Highs will stick in the mid to upper 70s tomorrow due to the clouds and rain chances.

Sunday is the better of the two weekend days. Highs will climb back into the 80s with a mix of clouds and sun. Sunday will also be a bit more humid but should remain dry. Climbing temps continue next week as we may hit 90 degrees Tuesday. Model data is hinting at decent storm potential in SE Michigan Wednesday and Thursday.
