Warmer Wednesday with partly cloudy skies

Highs reach 60 degrees

DETROIT – Good morning!

Lows greeting you outside today are brisk, but not too cold. Clear skies will fill with some clouds as we head through the later morning and especially this afternoon.

Highs on your Wednesday will be near 60 degrees if not a bit warmer in some Metro Detroit neighborhoods. We will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with warmer winds bringing a little bump up in Wednesday afternoon highs.  Rain will be moving in during the night (likely after 9pm) and overnight.

The computer models now are calling for early morning rain Thursday making for a messy commute. We may see a few dry periods through the late morning hoping that will help some Halloween Parades but dry weather is no guarantee.

More warming Thursday as highs will get into the mid 60s on Halloween. But, the rain showers and wind will intensify into the afternoon and evening hours SW 15-25 mph gusts. So, pack the umbrella before you head out for Trick-Or-Treating.
