WARREN, Mich. – Warren police say a missing 15-year-old boy has been found safe.
Police said David Dewayne Frazier, of Detroit, was last seen Thursday at the Burlington Coat Factory on Dequindre. He was found Friday in Detroit. He now is with his mother.
