WAYNE, Mich. – Wayne firefighters delivered a baby Thursday morning after a call was received about a woman in labor.
Firefighters went to a home in the 3400 block of Gloria Street, where they delivered the baby girl.

The baby, Joey, was born at 8:36 a.m. She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
According to firefighters, both the mother and baby are doing well.
