DETROIT – Michigan State Police reopened westbound I-94 at I-75 after a crash investigation involving a motorcycle.
The ramps from northbound and southbound I-75 to I-94 were also closed.

Michigan State Police said the preliminary investigation shows a tire came off of a semi-truck and struck the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries.
Police are looking for the semi-truck driver who lost the tire.
