WESTLAND, Mich. – Police have arrested a man who allegedly used his cellphone to take a photo under a woman's skirt at an ice cream parlor.
It happened while the man was standing in line at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday at Mickey's Dairy Twist on Cherry Hill Road.
Police said the man spotted a woman waiting in line with her children.
The man made his way toward the woman, placed his cellphone camera under her skirt and took a picture, according to Westland police.
The man was caught by the woman's brother, who was also waiting in line. Police said the brother demanded the cellphone from the man, but the man refused.
The man walked away from the ice cream parlor on foot.
Police have arrested a suspect. Charges are pending.
