TAYLOR, Mich. – A Taylor gas station is the home to a winning Powerball ticket for the second time in less than a year.
Get & Go Market on Beech Daly Road sold the winning ticket from Wednesday's drawing. The ticket, worth $1,000,000, matched all 5 white balls but did not match the Powerball.
Market owner Ivan said he couldn't believe his ears when he got the call in the morning.
"At first I thought it was, you know, a scam or something. So I had to go online to look it up first to make sure before I could give any information out. And everything checked out," he said.
Wednesday's winning numbers are: 36-44-49-52-57, Powerball-1.
