TAYLOR, Mich. - Taylor police have arrested a woman accused of robbing a bank at gunpoint earlier this month.
Police had released a surveillance picture of the bank robber after it happened Jan. 6 at a Bank of America branch on Eureka Road.
The robber had used a note and a semi-automatic handgun to steal an undisclosed amount of money. No one was hurt.
Police said tips came in focusing the investigation on Nicole Christine MacNeil, a resident of Taylor. Police said they were able to connect MacNeil to another bank robbery in Southgate. She was arrested at a family member's home on another warrant.
Police said they found evidence of the Taylor bank robbery in the home.
