Glenna Duram is facing first-degree murder charges in the 2015 death of her husband, Martin Duram, who was 45.

The couple's parrot, Bud, was in the home at the time of the alleged murder. Family members said Bud keeps mimicking what are believed to be Martin Duram's last words.

"Don’t f—ing shoot," the African grey parrot appears to say on a video that the family said it took several weeks after the shooting.

You can listen to the parrot's words in the video posted above.

Prosecutors have previously considered using Bud as evidence in the trial, but the bird's current owners said prosecutors told them they believe they have enough evidence and will not be using him in the case.
