Huge crowds enjoy 85th annual America's Thanksgiving Parade

DETROIT – Local 4 hopes you enjoyed a morning filled with magical moments during the broadcast of the 85th annual America's Thanksgiving Parade.

Packed full of marching bands, floats, clowns and more it was a great morning in the Motor City.

Guests included Jordyn Wieber, the 2011 U.S. National and World Champion gymnast who is considered a front-runner for Gold in the 2012 London Olympic Games, and special live performances by Dale Ernhardt Jr. Jr., the Selected of God Choir who have been featured in several high-profile commercials, and the popular local country and rock band, Annabelle Road.

The parade concluded with Detroit Mayor Dave Bing giving Santa Claus the key to the city.
