Free Meijer Vitamins
Meijer stores are now offering free prenatal vitamins to customers with prescriptions from their doctors.The retailer, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., started offering free prescription antibiotics in October 2006.The company says that program has saved its customers more than $33 million.More doctors are recommending prenatal vitamins for women who are trying to conceive and not just those who are already pregnant.Meijer operates 181 stores in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky.
