NCAA Game Summary - Eastern Michigan At Bowling Green

Bowling Green, OH -- (Sports Network) - Chris Bullock rushed for 99 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries to lead the Bowling Green Falcons to a 24-21 victory over the Eastern Michigan Eagles in a Mid-American Conference bout from Doyt L. Perry Stadium.
Anthony Turner completed 14-of-24 pass attempts for 165 yards and a touchdown for Bowling Green (4-3, 3-2 MAC), while also rushing for 47 yards on 16 totes.
Tyler Jones led the way for Eastern Michigan (0-6, 0-3) by throwing for 260 yards and two touchdowns, although he was also intercepted three times. His main target was Eric Deslauriers, who caught 10 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns.
Bowling Green scored the only points of the first quarter behind a Sean Ellis 23-yard field goal with six seconds left in the period.
Deslauriers pulled in a 79-yard touchdown pass from Jones midway through the second quarter to put Eastern Michigan ahead, 7-3.
The Falcons responded just minutes later with Corey Partridge 33-yard touchdown pass from Turner. Moments later, Bowling Green extended its lead to 17-7 behind a Freddie Barnes four-yard touchdown run.
With just under a minute left in the half, the Eagles cut into the Falcons' lead thanks to a Deslauriers 23-yard touchdown pass from Jones.
A Pierre Walker 11-yard touchdown run was the only points scored in the third quarter, as Eastern Michigan took a 21-17 lead.
Bowling Green, however, took the lead for good with a Bullock 15-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter. The Falcons' defense made the lead stand, as they claimed the 24-21 victory.
