Washington Nationals infielder Mark DeRosa reportedly has aggravated his strained left oblique muscle during a dugout celebration.

DeRosa, who is on the 15-day disabled list, reinjured himself giving a high-five to Bryce Harper on Sunday after the rookie stole home against the Philadelphia Phillies, according to the Washington Post.

"I don’t know if that set back the rehab or not," manager Davey Johnson said, according to the Washington Post. "But I said, 'Why didn’t use your (right) hand?' He said it was spur of the moment."

DeRosa, 37, was hitting .081 in 13 games this season with two RBIs.
