ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Indiana is the Big Ten Conference's regular season champions thanks to their 72-71 win over Michigan Sunday.
The Wolverines had a shot at a share of the title if they could have come away with a victory at the Crisler Center, a place they hadn't lost all season, but a last-minute basket by Indiana's Cody Zeller put the Hoosiers up for good.

It's been 20 years since Indiana won the Big Ten Title outright.
Michigan led by as many as 11 in the first half, but the Hoosiers settled in behind the play of Cody Zeller to cut the lead to 33-30 at the half.
It was a battle in the second, as the two teams exchanged leads several times.
Down the stretch, Michigan led by as many as four points, but could not make their final free throw shots when they had to.
In their last possession, Michigan still could have won the game, but a last-ditch tip-in attempt by Jordan Morgan did not fall.
There was a possibility for a four-way tie atop the nation's number one conference with MSU, OSU, UM, and Indiana, if Michigan would have won.
