DETROIT – With the No. 8 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, the Detroit Pistons selected forward Stanley Johnson from the University of Arizona.
Johnson is a 6-7, 245-pound forward who averaged 13.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game as a freshman last season. He shot 44.6 percent from the floor, including 37.1 percent from three-point range.

The Pistons' 2nd round pick was the No. 38 overall selection. They selected SG Darrun Hilliard, from Villanova. Hilliard averaged 14.3 points per game during his senior season, leading the Wildcats to a 33-3 overall record.
