2, 4, 6, more than 8,900 votes ... and we have a winner in our friendly search for the Friday Football Frenzy Best Spirit Squad. The winner? Macomb Dakota High School!
The team gathered more than 3,100 votes to outpace runnerup Oxford High School, which had an impressive 2,000 votes. We'll have a photographer at Macomb Dakota's game tonight to catch the team in action.

We had more than 15,000 total votes throughout the two rounds, and hopefully brought some attention to the hard work and dedication that cheerleading and dance teams put into their performances.
