DETROIT – The 2013 Great Lakes Invitational begins Friday afternoon (Dec. 27) with a doubleheader at Comerica Park's outdoor rink.
It's a new flavor for the classic college hockey tournament, hosted by Michigan State, Michigan and Michigan Tech. Western Michigan got the invite this year.
