DETROIT – The Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox will be back at it on Wednesday in Game 4 at Comerica Park in Detroit.

The Red Sox have come back to take a 2-1 series lead after falling behind 1-0. Both teams have had stellar pitching performances, and it's the lack of hitting from the Tigers that has them trailing in the series.

The Tigers will hand the ball to right-hander Doug Fister on Wednesday, hoping he can help them win Game 4 and tie the series.
Jake Peavy will get the mound for the Red Sox.
Game 4 will start at 8 p.m.

First Pitch: The ceremonial first pitch will be thrown out by former Tigers All-Star and 1984 World Series Champion, Lou Whitaker
National Anthem: The national anthem will be performed by award-winning gospel artist, Marvin Sapp.
Game Ball Delivery: Staff Sergeant Christian Manuel of the United States Air Force from Troy, Michigan will deliver the game ball. Â Staff Sergeant Manuel supported Operation Enduring Freedom while stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base and has also supported humanitarian efforts in response to Hurricane Katrina. Â He has earned the Humanitarian Service Medal and has been awarded the National Defense Medal, as well as the Air Force Commendation and Achievement Medals. Â Staff Sergeant Manual has proudly served the United States Air Force since 2002. Â
