Source: Lions sign WR Kevin Ogletree

Kevin Ogletree released by Tampa Bay on Tuesday

DETROIT – According to multiple reports, the Detroit Lions have signed ex-Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Kevin Ogletree.

The move is likely to fill the hole vacated after Nate Burleson fractured his arm in a car accident last week.

He was released on Tuesday by the winless Buccaneers, where the 5-year veteran played the slot receiver position. He also played the position for the Cowboys in 2012.

Ogletree had his most productive season was 2012 in Dallas, catching 32 passes for 436 yards and four touchdowns.
