DETROIT -

The top names in NASCAR will take to the track at Michigan International Speedway Sunday for the Quicken Loans 400.

Kasey Kahne, who has one win, and two poles at MIS has been the fastest in practice so far this week with top speeds at 200 miles per hour.

The green flag in the 200 lap race is set to drop at 1 pm.

Current points leader Jimmy Johnson will look to extend his lead. 

Last year, Dale Earnhardt Jr. took home the checkered flag.

So far this week, Earnhardt has been fast on the track, logging times in the top five.
