CHICAGO – The Detroit Tigers' Opening Day game against the White Sox in Chicago has been delayed by rain, the White Sox announced.
First pitch was scheduled for 4:10 p.m. Monday, but officials announced the start of the game has been pushed back.

Steady rain has been falling in Chicago throughout the afternoon. It's unclear how long the delay will last, or if the game is in danger of being canceled.
