DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings are done playing hockey at Joe Louis Arena, but hockey is not done being played entirely.
A group of friends from around Metro Detroit decided to honor the arena, which will likely be demolished, by renting it out for one last hockey game.
It cost the group $3,000 to play on the "Hockeytown" ice, but they say it was well worth it.
