Ex-Detroit Lion Nate Burleson tells epic story about Calvin Johnson

DETROIT – Former Detroit Lions wide receiver and now NFL Network analyst Nate Burleson told a story about former Lions teammate Calvin Johnson.

Burleson, who spent four seasons with the Detroit Lions from 2010 to 2013, told the story on NFL Network on Monday.

The story is from Lions minicamp where Calvin showed off his incredible strength, but held back as to not embarrass his other teammates.

Burleson talked about an instance where everyone was watching Calvin lift weights. He hit 20 reps and everyone was astonished.

Calvin made the last one look hard, although it wasn't - Burleson confronted him about it after, asking why he didn't keep going.
