RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Promotion Producer will be in charge of writing, producing and editing sales presentations primarily aimed at advertisers and prospective advertisers.
These presentations are designed to market the television station's attributes in an effort to generate revenue. The Sales Promotion Producer will report to the General Sales Manager and will work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives and the Research Director to determine and prioritize subject matter, strategy and content. It is expected that the producer will be generating presentations of varying lengths on a year-round basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a creative writer and producer for television. Understanding of contemporary production techniques including creation and utilization of graphics and non-linear video editing is a must. A minimum of three years experience in TV production is preferred.
