OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – DTE Energy has reduced 14 Mile Road to one lane of traffic just east of Franklin Road on the Bloomfield Township and Franklin Village border while crews repair a downed power line.
Only one direction of traffic is being allowed through at a time, with traffic directed by flaggers.

The lane closure is expected to be in place through evening rush hour, but the road should be completely opened before morning rush hour on Wednesday, July 31.
The power line was knocked down by a falling tree branch apparently weakened in the last storm.
