Clouds and chill hang tough, for now
Below average temps remain until the week ends
Tuesday morning will be cold with clouds and some clearing and lows in the 20s. The afternoon will have a mix of sun and clouds with a spritz or flurry here and there. Highs will be in the low 40s with a northwest wind 6 to 12 mph. Detroiters need their coats and patience, again, as chillier than average air dominates the scene.
Tuesday night will be cold and mostly cloudy with lows in the upper 30s.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and chilly with highs near 40.
Once clouds break Thursday and on Good Friday, sunshine will move afternoon highs into the middle and upper 40s. Saturday and Easter Sunday will be closer to normal highs, also, with daytime temps near 50 and partly sunny skies.
