Detroit – Most of the United States will revert back to standard time this Sunday at 2 a.m. In 2006, the extention of Daylight Saving Time was put into effect by President George W. Bush to start on the second Sunday in March. And, end the first Sunday of November. It's always important to remember to check the batteries in your smoke detectors and fire alarms.
