Thursday morning will be chilly with clouds and flurries north of I-94 and temps near 30 degrees. 

Thursday afternoon will be pleasant and drier with more melting as temperatures rise above freezing. 

Highs will be in the upper 30s. 

The wind will be from the northwest 6 to 12 mph.

Thursday night will be fair and cold with lows in the 20s.

Friday will be sunnier with temps more seasonable.  Highs will be in the low 40s.

Daylight Saving Time occurs this weekend.  As residents "Spring Forward" one hour Saturday night into Sunday, batteries for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors should be replaced.

Saturday and Sunday will be milder with highs in the middle and upper 40s.  Temps on Sunday may make it into the low 50s.  However, rain is in the forecast late Sunday, which makes Saturday the best day for any outdoor activities.
