Thursday morning will be frigid, again, with temps starting in the teens and single-digit wind chills. The first half of the morning commute will be dry, but the southern end of a clipper moving across Michigan will bring some snow showers to Southeast Michigan after 7am. Accumulations will be minor, but it will be slippery enough to keep drivers and pedestrians on their toes. Any snow should subside by the time the afternoon commute rolls around as highs reach the middle and upper 20s. A northwest wind will blow at 5 to 15 mph.
Thursday night will become partly cloudy and remain cold with lows in the middle and upper teens by Friday morning.
Friday will be sunnier but remain chilly. Highs will be in the upper 20s.
The weekend will be mostly dry with the only chance of snow occurring late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Daytime temps will be near 30, and nighttime lows will be near 20.
