Breezy, cool weekend for World Series

Get ready for a breezy, cool weekend and for Tropical Storm Sandy to gradually impact our weather as we head into the new work week.

Saturday we'll see partly cloudy skies, with a bit more cloud cover to the East and more sunshine for those of you to the West. It'll become a little breezy, with highs around 50. Saturday night's game at Comerica Park will be dry, but cold, with temperatures falling through the 40s (and the wind blowing out…good news for our big hitters).

Sunday will feature a tad more cloud cover, so let's call it partly sunny and breezy, with highs in the upper 40s. Sunday night's game also looks dry, with temps in the 40s. Tropical Storm Sandy then pushes Atlantic moisture this way, with rain (and perhaps even some snowflakes) potentially impacting Monday night's game. It will become very, very windy Monday and especially Tuesday, with rain, cold and wind continuing into Halloween. Start planning for "warm" costumes!
