Chilly start to weekend, highs near 30 degrees

Light snow in the evening, overnight

Another chilly start but a pretty typical January morning in the Detroit Area.

You'll be greeted by temperatures near 15 to 20 degrees with wind chills in the low teens early on Saturday. Skies will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy as highs will reach near 30 degrees. Clouds increase with snow on its way for the evening. It should start snowing near the Ohio and Indiana borders around dinner time and into the Detroit Metro Area by mid to late evening.

Light snow will continue on and off through Sunday morning and into the early afternoon. Lows will be in the mid 20s and after the snow starts to turn off in the afternoon, temps will hit the mid 30s for highs. Total snow Saturday Night through Sunday Afternoon shouldn't be much more than an inch.
