DETROIT – Mostly cloudy skies remain Saturday night as the mercury falls to near 60 degrees. It will be another good night to sleep with the windows up, giving the air conditioner a rest.
Sunday will be sunnier and warmer. Families can get out the sunglasses and sun screen as afternoon temps rise to the low 80s.
Summer-like weather remains Monday and Tuesday. In fact, it becomes hotter with highs in the middle 80s Monday and near 90 Tuesday. Folks can crank the A/C back on, and sun-lovers can head to the pool and the beach.
Showers and thunderstorms return Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the low 80s.
