DETROIT – It will be a beautiful weekend in Metro Detroit, but you can expect some clouds Saturday.
Mostly cloudy skies turn partly sunny by afternoon and temps will try to creep up to the mid 70s for highs. Winds will be from the east 6-12 mph. Those east winds mean it will be a bit cooler closer to the big lakes.
The second half of the weekend looks even nicer. Lows once again will bottom out around 50 degrees, but more sunshine will pop temps up near 80 degrees by the afternoon. Rain is on the way. Several days next week will bring rain and thundershowers.
