DETROIT – Please join me on Twitter (@AndrewLocal4) for regular weather updates.

Sunday evening will be fair and cold with temperatures in the low 30s.

Sunday night will be mostly clear as temperatures fall to the middle and upper 20s.

Monday will begin with mostly sunny skies. A southerly wind will drive temperatures closer to 40 degrees in the afternoon, but the next low pressure system will bring cloudier skies in the afternoon and light rain for the afternoon rush hours. After nightfall, some snow flakes will mix with the rain drops.

Lingering snow showers will persist on Tuesday with temperatures between 30 and 35 degrees all day. Sunnier skies return Wednesday and beyond. Wednesday and Thursday will have daytime temps in the low and middle 30s. Friday and Saturday will be closer to 40 degree, again.
