Mix of sun, clouds on Tuesday with almost Fall-like temps

DETROIT – Temps have managed to fall down into the 50s again this morning in spite of clouds remaining across Metro Detroit.

Those clouds, mixed with an occasional sun break, will be with us all day spinning off of a rain maker over Northern Ontario.

That system is also spilling cooler air into SE Lower Michigan and Southern Ontario for the next couple of days making it feel a lot like Fall.

Highs today will struggle to hit 70 degrees with mostly cloudy skies and breezes WSW 5-15 mph.

There is a slight chance of a few sprinkles into the late afternoon and early evening but most of us will stay dry.

Wednesday will be a lot like today around Metro Detroit starting in the mid 50s and struggling to warm in the upper 60s to low 70s.

It will be a slow warm up starting late in the week as we see more sunshine coming through by Thursday and Friday as highs hit the mid to upper 70s later this week.

Storms possible Saturday Afternoon and/or evening and the models right now hint at a shower or two hanging on into the overnight as we head into Sunday morning.

Most of the weekend looks dry and warming back into the upper 70s to low 80s.
