Rain showers are beginning to push in from the south and southwest so grab the umbrella before you head out.

Not everyone gets wet today with scattered rain and thunder through the afternoon and early evening today. Most of you will be just partly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

When the clouds thicken or the rain starts, temps will cool off but still comfortable today.

Patchy fog will greet us again on Friday morning as lows only dip into the low 60s. Average highs this time of year should be around 67 degrees and we’re near that number in the morning. Afternoon highs will be near 80 degrees with only partly sunny skies.

There is a chance for a few showers but most of the rain will be north into the Thumb Region.

Weekend rain chances are increasing with a few showers scattered throughout your Saturday with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. The best rain chance appears to be late Saturday evening through early Sunday morning.
