Heaters needed overnight, some snow tomorrow night

Lows near 10

DETROIT – Saturday night will be partly cloudy with lows near 10 degrees. Families will need to make sure their pets are back indoors and be careful using fireplaces and space heaters to stay warm. Also, it is a good idea not to overload electrical outlets with holiday decorations.

Sunday will have increasing clouds and remain sub-freezing. Afternoon temps will be near 30 degrees. Snow is possible after dinnertime Sunday night. Accumulations will be less than an inch, but roads and sidewalks may be slippery by midnight and Monday morning.
