DETROIT -

A few rain showers will be coming and going this afternoon but most of it is very light and very few will get much wet weather at all. High temps will hit the low to mid 80s and we will feel humidity creep up a bit this afternoon. A stationary front with heavier rain will stay south through Ohio and Indiana which is only a nuisance for those driving towards Indianapolis or Columbus.

There's a better chance for more widespread showers and storms Tuesday. A cold front will cross SE Michigan late Tuesday and before it gets here we will see highs again in the low to mid 80s. Rain and thundershowers are most likely from late morning through mid afternoon tomorrow. That cold front will set the stage for beautiful weather the rest of the week.

Wednesday morning will be comfy around 60 degrees and then highs midweek will struggle to hit 80 degrees. It will not be a dramatic cool down, but you may be able to give the air conditioning a break for a couple days.
