Local 4Casters say slow warm-up ahead

Highs will reach upper 70s

DETROIT – As we make our way through mid-morning temperatures will climb into the mid and upper 70s this afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds. Grab the jacket for ALDS Game 4 tonight at Comerica Park as temps will fall into the 50s during the game.

More mild weather on tap for the rest of the week. Morning lows will dip into the 30s and 40s all week with cooler temps in the suburbs and usual spots. It's a very familiar weather pattern here in SE Michigan and Southern Ontario with a slow warm up all week.

High temps may hit 70 degrees on Wednesday but thick fog could be an issue even into the late morning or early afternoon. Fog and haze will lead to more hazy sunshine Wednesday through the end of the week with upper 60s and low 70s on tap later in the week.
